赵巨涛先生自2024年5月起担任本公司独立董事。赵先生拥有丰富的资本市场、公司金融及战略治理经验。目前，他担任掌门教育（NYSE: ZME）和容联云（NYSE:RAAS）的独立董事，专注于提升公司治理水平并确保符合审计标准。

2015年至2021年期间，赵先生担任木瓜移动首席财务官，在其任职期间，他在推动所在公司登陆美股资本市场（IPO）进程中发挥了关键作用，并成功管理了多轮融资以支持公司的快速资本扩张。此外，他曾担任聚美国际和艺龙的独立董事，积极参与财务监督与公司治理工作，为这两家企业的私有化进程做出了重要贡献。

赵先生持有芝加哥伊利诺伊大学（University of Illinois at Chicago）的金融与会计工商管理硕士学位，以及北京第二外国语大学的经济学学士学位。同时，他还持有特许金融分析师（CFA）的资格证书。

Independent Director

Mr. Adam Zhao has served as our independent director since May 2024. Mr. Zhao is an experienced finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic governance. He currently holds positions as an independent director at Zhangmen Education (NYSE: ZME) and Cloopen Group (NYSE: RAAS), focusing on enhancing corporate governance and maintaining compliance with audit standards. 

From 2015 to 2021, Mr. Zhao served as the CFO and Corporate Secretary at PapayaMobile in Beijing, where he was instrumental in their U.S. IPO process and managed significant financing rounds that shaped the company’s growth. His previous roles include serving as an independent director at Jumei International and eLong, where he was involved in financial oversight and corporate governance, contributing to successful privatization processes. 

Mr. Zhao holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Beijing International Studies University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
